We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All products offered by PKAGED are custom-manufactured to customer specifications. By submitting an order inquiry or placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including dimensions, quantities, artwork, and specifications — is accurate and complete.

PKAGED reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until you have received a written order confirmation from our team.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to certain products. These will be communicated during the quoting process.

Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quote. PKAGED reserves the right to adjust pricing due to material cost changes, exchange rate fluctuations, or other factors before an order is confirmed.

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other materials to PKAGED, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all such materials, and that their use by PKAGED for production purposes does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

PKAGED will not be held liable for any claims arising from customer-submitted artwork that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

You grant PKAGED a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

PKAGED retains ownership of any original design work, dielines, or structural templates created by our team. Customer-specific artwork applied to those templates remains the property of the customer.

Before production begins, PKAGED will provide a digital proof for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including colors, text, dimensions, and layout.

By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for the content and specifications shown. PKAGED will not be liable for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Color representation on digital proofs may vary from final printed output due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. PKAGED is not responsible for minor color variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances.

Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. In most cases, full payment or a deposit is required before production begins.

PKAGED accepts payment via the methods communicated during the quoting process. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in production delays. PKAGED reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order if payment obligations are not met.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PKAGED is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. PKAGED is not liable for orders that are undeliverable or delayed due to incorrect address information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKAGED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

PKAGED makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PKAGED, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your submitted materials, or your violation of these Terms.

Any personal information you provide to PKAGED (such as your name, email address, phone number, and business address) is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you consent to being contacted by PKAGED regarding your order and related matters.

You agree not to use the PKAGED website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of PKAGED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PKAGED's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.
